In order to better serve employees and discharged patients, the hospital needed a solution to free up their pharmacy staff to better service their employee and discharge patients. To combat this issue, they implemented ScriptCenter 24/7 Express Prescription and OTC Pickup. The ScriptCenter kiosk was installed in the hospital for employee and dependent prescriptions. By servicing these prescriptions through ScriptCenter, the pharmacy reduced their lines, improved patient satisfaction and freed up pharmacy staff to expand prescription services to discharged patients.
