Asteres’ Text2Get feature is now available as part of ScriptCenter software release 4.1. Text2Get is a feature that allows potential users to Experience ScriptCenter and receive a gift. During their pickup, they are given the opportunity to sign up for ScriptCenter to pick up future prescriptions.
“Text2Get is a great addition to the features of our ScriptCenter product family aimed at increasing patient adoption of 24/7 automated prescription pickup. We are finding that more than 85% of patients who use Text2Get, opt-in to use ScriptCenter for future prescription and over-the-counter item pickup. We are continuously adding new features and functionality such as Text2Get to our product line to enhance both the pharmacy and patient experience,” said Brett Olive, Director of Product Marketing.
How it works:
1) Interested patients text a token to a local number (both provided by Asteres)
2) Patients receive a unique Claim Check
3) Patients use their Claim Check to pick up a free gift and sign up for ScriptCenter
